Hurricane Helene, the most powerful storm in Florida's Big Bend, has weakened. Pittsburgh will experience a couple of wet days with windy conditions and light rain. Saturday will be drier with isolated showers, but rain chances increase later. Rain totals may reach up to ¾ inch.
