A pedestrian was fatally hit by a car on Pacific Coast Highway in Long Beach. The victim, unidentified, was struck by a Lexus sedan outside a crosswalk. Police state the driver cooperated and no signs of impairment were detected. Witnesses are encouraged to contact authorities.
