Military doctor Maj. Michael Stockin pleaded guilty to sexually abusing dozens of soldiers at Joint Base Lewis-McChord. Stockin faced 52 charges and pleaded guilty to 36 counts of abusive sexual contact and five of indecent viewing. Victims seek justice and compensation for the emotional distress suffered.
