Mesa Air Group and Republic Airways plan to merge, forming Republic Airways Holdings Inc with a fleet of 310 aircraft. The deal is expected to close in late 2025, with Republic shareholders owning 88% of the new company. Mesa's shareholders will own 6-12%.
