Brian Hsu, previously convicted of assaulting a flight attendant, is now suing River Tarpley, who allegedly left him with a brain injury in a separate incident. Hsu claims the injuries from Tarpley led to the in-flight assault. Tarpley was convicted of misdemeanor assault.
