A 60-year-old actress will star as Lieutenant Bishop in the new crime series "On Call" from Dick Wolf. The Prime Video series follows Traci Harmon, a veteran officer, and rookie Alex Diaz in an adrenaline-filled police drama set in Long Beach, Calif.
