An 11-year-old boy in Thailand was attacked by a lion cub kept as a pet. The lion cub escaped, causing injuries to the boy and a neighbor. The owner, Parinya Parkpoom, was charged for violating wildlife protection laws and the lion was sent to a wildlife center.
