ICE is seeking public assistance in locating illegal Jordanian migrant Mohammad Khair Hasan Mohammad Dabous, who trespassed on a Marine Corps base in Virginia. Dabous entered the US as a student but failed to attend classes. ICE believes he may be in Orange County, California.
