Residents in a Vancouver neighbourhood were puzzled by tree cutting incidents until they discovered that beavers were the culprits. The beavers were chopping down trees and taking branches and fruit, surprising locals who had not realized they had an urban beaver problem. Measures were taken to protect the remaining trees.
