A 16-year-old driver in Manitoba faces drug and weapons charges following a traffic stop where RCMP found drugs, cash, cellphones, cocaine, power tools, and a loaded handgun in the vehicle. The teen admitted to possessing the gun. Other occupants were arrested but later released.
