Haas Automation's lawsuit against ex-team principal Guenther Steiner over alleged trademark infringement in his autobiography has been dismissed. The court ruled the use of Haas marks was protected by the First Amendment. Steiner's lawsuit against Haas in North Carolina is still ongoing.
