The Cincinnati Reds have offered pitcher Nick Martinez a one-year deal worth $21.05 million. Martinez has received multi-year offers from other teams as well. His decision on the qualifying offer is due by Nov. 19. Boras also mentioned the market for starting pitchers is moving quickly this offseason.
