Atlanta police are in a standoff with an armed suspect inside the Four Seasons Hotel in Midtown. SWAT teams have evacuated the building and established a perimeter. The suspect has been seen on a balcony, threw a handgun, and later threw furniture out the window despite briefly raising hands in surrender.
