The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and Fisher-Price have recalled over two million Snuga Swing products due to suffocation risks after at least five infant deaths. Commissioner Richard L. Trumka Jr. criticized the recall, stating it will not effectively remove dangerous products from homes.
