A retail tycoon known as 'Del Boy billionaire' is set to save numerous Homebase stores as the DIY chain faces administration. Chris Dawson of The Range plans to purchase 70 Homebase outlets, securing 1,600 jobs, with 1,000 jobs remaining uncertain.
