Maistra Hospitality Group in Croatia has secured a €200m sustainability-linked loan from the IFC to develop Hotel Marjan in Split and the Vrsar Holiday Village in Istria. The loan aims to promote sustainable practices in the tourism sector and includes incentives tied to achieving specific sustainability goals.
