European retailers Colruyt Group, Coop Switzerland, and Superunie have formed Vasco International Trading to improve purchasing power and competitiveness with multinational suppliers. The alliance aims to negotiate better terms for FMCG goods, benefiting customers in Belgium and the Netherlands.
