City officials in Grapevine are warning North Texans to avoid Grapevine Lake this Fourth of July due to dangerous conditions caused by the water being more than 15 feet above normal. Lakefront parks and boat ramps are closed, and the annual fireworks display has been relocated to Great Wolf Lodge.
