Aqua New York, a massive dual-cuisine restaurant, has quietly opened on Broadway. Spanning 25,000 square feet, it offers separate Italian and Japanese menus. Despite little prior publicity, the restaurant is the brainchild of Aqua Restaurant Group's David Yeo.
