Arthur J Gallagher has acquired Peabody Insurance Agency to strengthen its US insurance presence. The deal focuses on enhancing retail brokerage capabilities in Michigan. Gallagher also acquired Scout Benefits Group in Oklahoma City and Filos Agency in New York. Additionally, they expanded globally with the acquisition of London-based Redington.
