A wheelchair-bound great-grandfather and his son with cerebral palsy died in the California wildfires. Anthony Mitchell, 67, and his son Justin perished in the Eaton Fire in Altadena. Mitchell had called his daughter to say they were evacuating before the fire engulfed them.
