Alpine promotes Franco Colapinto to replace Jack Doohan for the next 5 Formula 1 Grand Prix races
Alpine F1 team has replaced driver Jack Doohan with Franco Colapinto for the next five races. The change comes after team principal Oliver Oakes resigned. Flavio Briatore will take over Oakes' duties as executive advisor. Colapinto will partner with Pierre Gasly.
