Hundreds of Dubliners were left disappointed as a Halloween parade they eagerly awaited turned out to be a nonexistent event. The confusion was caused by a website listing fake Halloween events, leading to a crowd gathering in vain. The website owner, Nazir Ali, claimed it was a mistake and not intentional.
