Two individuals, a 20-year-old from Monmouth County, New Jersey, and an 18-year-old from Pittsburgh, have been arrested by Philadelphia police in connection with illegal car meetups involving street racing and drifting. The arrests were made following 11 incidents of reckless activities in the city.
