Walmart must pay $35 million to a truck driver it falsely accused of fraud, jury says

Walmart has been ordered by a California jury to pay $35 million to a former truck driver for false accusations of fraud and wrongful termination. The driver, Jesus "Jesse" Fonseca, was injured while working for Walmart and faced retaliation for filing a workers' compensation claim.
