UT System expands free tuition and fees to all undergraduates whose families make $100,000 or less

The University of Texas System is expanding its free tuition program for undergraduate students from families making $100,000 or less. The Promise Plus Program will provide $35 million to support the expansion across all nine universities, ensuring an affordable education for Texas residents.
