Texas Supreme Court says Ken Paxton can't be deposed in whistleblower case

The Supreme Court ruled against forcing Paxton to testify in a lawsuit filed by former employees. The employees alleged they were wrongfully fired for reporting Paxton's misuse of office. Paxton's office called the suit politically motivated and reached a settlement.
