New York judge resigns amid investigation into alleged Jan. 6 role

Judge Donald R. Spaccio resigned from his judicial positions in upstate New York following an investigation into his attendance at the January 6 rally in Washington, D.C. The New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct found his actions impermissible and barred him from future judicial office.
