Man shot in the head after attempting to steal a car in Northeast Philadelphia, police say

In Northeast Philadelphia, a man shot another man attempting to steal his car at an ATM. The incident occurred near SEPTA's Frankford Transit Center Station. The victim was critically injured and the shooter was taken into custody with no impact on SEPTA service.
