Florida city council changes mind on paying to repair Tampa Bay Rays' ballpark after hurricane ripped roof off

After Hurricane Milton damaged Tropicana Field's roof, the St. Petersburg City Council initially voted to finance repairs but later reversed the decision. The Tampa Bay Rays will pay the New York Yankees $15 million to play home games temporarily. Repairs are estimated at $55.
