Darden Restaurants, owner of Olive Garden, to acquire Tex-Mex chain Chuy's for $605 million

Darden Restaurants is set to acquire Chuy's for approximately $605 million. Chuy's, known for its Tex-Mex cuisine, operates 101 restaurants across 15 states. Darden aims to diversify its portfolio with this acquisition after recently adding Ruth's Chris Steak House.
