Angels acquire OF/DH Jorge Soler from Braves in exchange for RHP Griffin Canning

The Los Angeles Angels acquired Jorge Soler in a trade with the Atlanta Braves, sending Griffin Canning in return. Soler, a slugger, brings an impact bat to the Angels. Canning, a right-handed starter, was traded due to his recent poor performance.
